Noise Variances have been approved for Knotted Root Brewing Co and Busey Brews for March 25th, 2023. The Noise Variance permit for Busey Brews goes from 12pm - 3pm, while the Noise Variance permit for Knotted Root Brewing Co goes from 12pm - 7pm.
Busey Brews is located at 70 E 1st St, Nederland, CO 80466.

Nederdays has been approved for a Noise Variance for Friday, March 24th and Saturday March 25th. We have identified a water line break in Old Town on W Pine near S Jackson St. Utilities has closed 75 ft of the street while they work to repair the break. They are working to get this fixed as soon as possible, and will update when the road is open again.
