Weight Room
The Fitness Place features a full pinned circuit, free weights, cable cross-over, four-station, benches, plates and bars, squat rack, sled, and Smith Machine.
Cardio Deck
The Cardio Deck overlooks the gymnasium and offers treadmills, ellipticals, a rowing machine, and stair climber, as well as upright, recumbent and spin bikes. Due to space restrictions in the weight room, the assisted dip is also located on this level.
Studio
The studio, which has an abundance of natural light and hard-wood flooring, is used for adult and children's dance classes, cardio and exercise classes, Tai Chi, and martial arts. Equipment includes fit balls, bosu balls, body bars, steps, jump ropes, hoops, foam rolls, exercise mats, and yoga mats.
Gymnasium
The gymnasium has a rubberized floor, and drop-in basketball, pickleball, and kids kung-fu are offered. Floor hockey equipment is also available.
Studio & Gymnasium Policy
Fitness Place patrons have access to the Studio and Gymnasium unless the space is being used for a pre-scheduled class or activity. Be sure to check the Event Calendar and Class & Activities pages for full descriptions of what is offered at the Fitness Place.
