Intergovernmental Agreement Between County & Town
The IGA is a land use planning agreement between Boulder County and the Town of Nederland that identifies areas appropriate for development and those prioritized for preservation.
Nederland Master Infrastructure Plan
The Master Infrastructure Plan (MIP) helps aid the Town of Nederland with planning, financing, and implementation of recommended projects will into the future.
2018 Building Code Update
The Town of Nederland has updated their building codes to be inline with the 2018 ICC codes. Adopting new building codes will further the Town's sustainability and resilience goals. Learn more about these changes:

Fisherman's Lot Wetlands Creation Project
The Sustainability Advisory Board, along with Eldora Mountain Resort and Peak Ecological Services, are working to create a wetlands in Fisherman's Lot - the space between Barker Reservoir and Guercio Field. Learn about how this project will benefit the local ecology:
GOCO Resilient Communities Grant
The Parks, Recreation, & Open Space Advisory Board was awarded funding through GOCO's Resilient Communities Program! Learn how they are using these funds to create new trails and improve access to Barker Reservoir:
