We are excited to introduce Janet Ovenden to you as Town’s new Billing Support Specialist! Janet will be assisting with utility billing for all water and sewer accounts.
In order to effectively train her on how to create the quarterly residential bills, all residential account holders can expect to receive their bills the 3rd or 4th week of April. We apologize for the delay in getting out the bills. With Janet joining the team, we do anticipate that residential bills will be sent out the first week of the month following the quarter moving forward.
