A Message from the Town of Nederland Board of Trustees
It has now been two weeks since the fire, and in the wake of the emergency response efforts, the entire Board of Trustees wanted to share a few words.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing routine administrative and clerical support functions, including managing front desk and office operations/equipment and engaging in correspondence. The Administrative Assistant acts as the Town Hall receptionist, which involves extensive public contact, communication, and customer service. The position also provides administrative support to the Town Clerk as directed, secondary to front desk and customer service duties.

🗓️ Days & Hours of Operation This Week:
After the recent fire at Caribou Village in Nederland, Boulder County Public Health, with help from the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment, conducted mobile air quality monitoring in and around the affected area. Preliminary results show that while some volatile organic compounds (VOCs) were elevated near the site, all levels remained well within safe standards.
Good news, Nederland! Our water storage tanks have returned to normal levels. We are no longer asking residents and businesses to delay nonessential water use.
Our hearts are with everyone affected by the recent fire in Nederland. During challenging times like these, we’re reminded of the strength, resilience, and compassion that define our mountain community. Neighbors helping neighbors is what makes Nederland such a special place to call home.
