On March 21st, we will be hosting a Town Hall at the Nederland Community Center to discuss annexation and the Boulder County Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA). This meeting will be from 6pm - 8pm, prior to the regular Board of Trustees meeting. We would love to see you there!
During this Town Hall, we will discuss:
- A history of the IGA, why it expired, and it's intersection with the Comprehensive Plan
- A review of what the current Annexation Ordinance provides
- Take public comment on suggestions for amendments to our current Annexation Ordinance
- Take public comment on recommendations for negotiating a new IGA with Boulder County
