Nederland PD Services

All police-issued fines and tickets must be paid at the Nederland Police Department. Police- and court-issued fees, fines, and tickets are set by State law or the Municipal Court judge. Town staff do not have the authority to alter or amend the amount of any police- or court-issued fee, fine, or ticket.

Credit card payments are accepted for police fines, fees, and tickets only, and can be done online using the link below.

  CBI Sex Offender Registry

The Colorado Sex Offender Registry is a regional database of registered sex offenders from participating jurisdictions throughout Colorado.

The registry includes only registered sex offenders living in Nederland who are required by law to register and who are in compliance with the sex offender registration laws.

Important Disclaimer: Persons should not rely solely on the sex offender registry as a safeguard against perpetrators of sexual assault in their communities. The crime for which a person is convicted may not accurately reflect the level of risk.

The Nederland Municipal Court meets at 8:30am on the second Friday of each month in the Nederland Community Center. Contact Lisa Taylor, the Court Clerk or the Nederland Police Clerk at (303) 258-3250 for more info. Judge David J Thrower is the Municipal Court Judge.

Effective September 24, 2018, the Nederland Police Department will no longer provide fingerprint services. This change is in response to Senate Bill 17-189. Specific vendors will be appointed and trained by the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI), and will be the only places where fingerprinting services are available.
